Director of Condominium Management

A dynamic real estate professional, Brian has been successfully managing residential properties in Chicago for nearly 20 years with a proven track record from luxury hi-rise buildings and exclusive vintage properties to loft apartments and townhome associations. While the size and locations of the properties are varied, Brian’s dedication to customer service and delivering results to his managed associations is consistent.

As the Director of Condominium Management for Seneca Real Estate Group, Brian works closely with the members of his team to improve the operating efficiency and customer service level of his managed associations/cooperatives. Brian adeptly couples this with expertise in organizational optimization, market development, contract negotiations, compliance, budget administration and financial analysis.

Prior to Seneca, Brian was Vice President of DK Condo, a Draper and Kramer Company, where he oversaw a portfolio of 12 condo associations ranging in size from 27 to 440 units with operating budgets up to $3.6 million.
